Besides its elegant architecture, majestic monuments and renowned restaurants, Paris has an eternal magic that attracts millions of couples every year, from J.Lo and Ben Affleck to first-time travellers alike. As a Canadian writer now based in the French capital, I fell under its spell more than 20 years ago and have been seeking out its most romantic spots and things to do ever since.
