Three years after the release of my first book, I’ve been gradually working away on its sequel in between my travels. Many long hours since the beginning of the year — capped off with the excellent and efficient work of my editor Samantha Donaldson (on Twitter here) and the speedy creative work of my book cover designer Aurélie Dhuit — have paid off.

After barely surviving a turbulent series of romantic misadventures in the City of Love (shared in the first volume Je T’aime, Me Neither), our heart-torn heroine Lily is ready to throw in the towel on amour. That is, until she receives a very unexpected email—one which revives her hope in finding true love… yet at the same time awakens the mischievous, passionate energy of Paris.
Will she manage to connect with her potential soul mate, located on the other side of the globe? And if she does, then what? Could she leave her beloved Paris to pursue a different sort of love? A challenging dilemma made all the more complicated by love-struck policemen knocking at her door, elegant Counts tempting her with glamorous trips to the tropics, rebellious rock stars whisking her off to concerts around Europe and a whole new crew of troublesome romantic contenders who come out of the Parisian woodwork. An exciting path, though will it lead her to a heart-filled heaven or to heartless purgatory?
