Lido + Dinner
My first pick is the incredible Lido. There’s no better place to not only get dinner but get see a show than this incredible historical Cabaret! This sensual, elegant and particularly spectacular Cabaret will leave you feeling all the feels. It’s an incredible whirlwind of technological wizardry, celebrated as an ode to Paris that’s been around for over 70 years. It’s a tribute to the city of lights that you don’t want to miss, and the best part? You can share an incredible dinner right at your table. If you purchase a dinner ticket, you’ll get to wine and dine in the very place you’re watching an incredible performance. What more could you ask for? Get your Lido ticket with dinner here.
Théâtre Mogador + Cafe Mogador
Our next pick is the remarkable Théâtre Mogador. This beautiful theatre seats 1,800 people, and stands as one of the most grand theatre’s in the city. They’ve been playing a broadway style anglo-saxon show every year since the 1970’s and whatever happens to be playing is sure to knock your socks off. They’ve premiered shows such as Chicago, and Beauty and the Beast in the past, and for the 2019/2020 season it’s Ghost, the Musical. An incredible show with beautiful acting and even more spectacular special effects (Note: Lily also saw it and loved it!). If you’re feeling blasé we suggest grabbing a glass of champagne right there in the theatre, and they going for a meal at Cafe Mogador. From steak frites to a croque madame this classic French restaurant will have all the French classics plus some twists.
Théâtre Edouard VII + FrouFrou
Theatre Edouard VII is a beautiful theatre hidden in a pedestrian courtyard lined with terraces, and right next door to an incredible chic restaurant and bar, Frou Frou! It’s the perfect place for a romantic night out to the theatre with a dinner or drink on the side. Frou Frou is a quaint little place covered with photographs of all the famous faces that have crossed through the theatre’s doors throughout the years. When it comes to the theatre you’re in for a treat with the amazing architecture, that will make you feel as regal as royalty, and the incredible classic shows. The two together is the perfect cocktail for an incredible night.
Crazy Horse + Chez Francis
Another incredible Cabaret in Paris is Crazy Horse. It’s one of the most renowned Cabarets in the city, with celebrities like Beyoncé featuring it in music videos. While Crazy Horse doesn’t offer a dinner option, you can book your tickets with a glass of champagne that’s sure to make your night all the more fabulous. If you’re looking to add a dinner (or more drinks) to the experience we suggest getting something before or after the show at Chez Francis. This beautiful establishment has the essence of the most quintessentially French brasserie. You’ll enjoy the ambiance of the decor while looking upon the most impeccable view of the Eiffel tower. It’s the perfect date spot for a night you will definitely never forget.
Cirque de Paname + Auberge du Bonheur
Cirque de Paname is a new event space on the outskirts of Paris that is sure to blow your mind. Their strategically placed, and hard to miss, dome is right in the center of Bois de Boulogne. Playing The World of Jaleya during the 2019/2020 season, it’s set to showcase some of the most striking performances in all of Paris. Think Cirque du Soleil but with a little twist. It’s the perfect way to get out of the hustle and bustle of Paris without technically leaving the city. We suggest grabbing a bite to eat at the elusive Auberge du Bonheur where you will be able to wine and dine right across the street from the show. Surrounded by beautiful greenery and decadent dishes, you’re sure to have the time of your life.
So there you have it. All the best spots for dinner + a show in Paris. With so many different theatres with such unique shows, no matter where you decide to go, you really can’t go wrong. It’s Paris after all!
